At the beginning, the customer found us, he made a request to us, he needed an 18.5-inch touch screen with LED lights on the outside, the resolution could reach 1680*1050, and it could fit or replace the Elo™ software, and then gave us two monitor drawings for reference. But the resolution of our18.5-inch touch display can only reach 1680*768, which obviously does not meet the customer's requirements.

So we recommended a 21.5-inch touch monitor to our customers with a resolution of 1920*1080. If this size is accepted, we can carry out rapid design and small batch production according to the appearance and performance requirements of customers. The final customer also agreed with this one size and accepted our suggestion.

Before mass production, we will provide samples to customers for testing in the early stage. After the samples are confirmed to be no problem, we will start production to ensure that everything is safe.
