Clients from Macao Visited the Sheet Metal Factory Last Friday
Top One Tech has been committed to providing high-quality touch display products to customers in various industries, among which the gaming industry is the one we are focused on. We have customers from Europe, America and Asia, and among the Asian markets, Macau is the most critical regional market. Last Friday, one of our Macau customer representatives and his assistant came to visit our Shenzhen business department and factory. The customer helps their clients to do the maintenance of slot machines in casinos. In a more detailed way, they take charge of the repair and replacement of slot machines for their clients. And they have been involved in casino-equipment-related business for more than 20 years.
The customer came to Shenzhen this time mainly to seek new cooperation opportunities. We have continued cooperation with this Macau customer in the touch display area. We are mainly responsible for providing them with the touch display (used on slot machines) customized solutions, production and supply. The customer is very satisfied with the quality of our touch monitors and the related pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services we provide.
This year, Top One Tech has developed sheet metal production and processing as another major business line. We informed them of this news, and they were very interested, and soon brought their product samples to Shenzhen. After we received the customer's sample, the sales staff and engineers studied it and discussed how to carry out the production and supply of this type of product for this customer. After the discussion about the sample, we took customers to visit our sheet metal factory.
The sales staff talked with them to understand the customer's needs, and the customer was shown around the sheet metal factory and learned about the production and supply capabilities of the sheet metal factory. After both sides exchanged cooperation intentions, the customer expressed that they will seek deeper cooperation with us and hope that we can work together to make products like sheet metal products other than touch displays in the later stage.
