Since the LCD touch display is a non-standard product with many parameters and sizes, many customers will encounter the same problem when purchasing an LCD touch display, that is, they need to carry out custom development, and then open the mold for proofing and confirm the sample before mass production. Today Top One Tech will share with you: the custom flow chart of LCD touch display.
1.Requirements communication
Before proofing, it is necessary to communicate with the customer to confirm the customer's needs for the sample, such as size, resolution, IC, display mode, viewing angle, wiring, glass, backlight, application scenarios and many other product parameters. The black and white screen is a non-standard product, and it needs to be opened. Therefore, it is necessary to inform the customer that the cable arrangement and backlight need to be opened, and to communicate the mold opening and proofing fee.
2. Drawing confirmation
After confirming the customer's needs, the LCD touch display manufacturer will arrange for the engineering department to issue CAD drawings to the customer. Generally, the drawings are issued in about 3 days. After the customer confirms and signs the drawings, this CAD drawing is the final basis for the two parties to reach an agreement. After the sample is completed, it will be confirmed according to the parameters on the drawing.
3. Mold making
After the drawing is confirmed, the LCD touch display manufacturer will find the relevant mold manufacturer to open the mold and proof. The progress and quality of the entire mold opening need to be controlled by the LCD manufacturer.
4. Sample production
When the LCD touch display manufacturer has prepared the molds and materials and passed the acceptance inspection, the sample production can be carried out. Under normal circumstances, the sample production cycle takes about 15-18 days.
5. Sample test
After the sample is made, it is necessary to carry out appearance test and performance test on the sample to confirm whether the sample is qualified and issue a relevant test report. For some industrial touch display samples with high requirements, aging test, sensitivity test, vibration test, etc. are also required to ensure the reliability of the sample.
6. Packaging and delivery
Since the main material of the sample is glass, which is fragile, special attention should be paid to the packaging of the sample to ensure that the sample can reach the customer in good condition. After the customer receives the sample, the light test will be carried out on the sample. If the test is OK, it means that the sample is qualified and can meet the customer's needs.
